Just like the task to install Deno, create a task that installs Volta for use with NodeJS.

Just like the task to [install Deno](https://git.finlaydag33k.nl/FinlayDaG33k/dotfiles/src/branch/master/ansible/tasks/deno.yml), create a task that installs [Volta](https://volta.sh/) for use with NodeJS.
